DSI Completes Data Center Expansion to Service Global Auto Manufacturer
DSI recently completed a significant data center expansion for a global technology services company that will support two large auto manufacturers and their affiliate businesses in the North and South American markets. Prior to DSI’s involvement, the data center was reaching maximum limits of physical space, as well as electrical and cooling capacities. To continue operations, the company planned to expand the facility to operate without interruption for the next ten years or more.
DSI was chosen for this project due to our track record in the data center space and reputation for delivering projects on time. The new expansion included converting office space to expand the data center within the existing structure. Given the make-up of the physical space, the site had significant limitations for the placement of electrical and cooling infrastructure. DSI was able to overcome all of the physical challenges and successfully complete the data center expansion.
